I wanted to send you a quick note on your book you gave me back in April. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to read your book. It was the most thorough and comprehensive but readable text on a business topic that I have read. It was actually much more intricate and complex than my seemingly (and hopefully) simple, small business ownership/management transition is anticipated to be. You are obviously a very accomplished business attorney, owner, director and professor in addition to author! I don’t have any recommendations on what might be missing from your book. To me you covered every aspect I can think of. It’s always a very tough and emotional time when a founder and or long time owner/manager leaves his/her business to the next generation. I’m hoping my transition goes smoothly.
